It’s been a while since I posted anything. The main reason is that I had an incident on my stairs that laid me up for a while. My recovery is going well. I’ll post some lessons I learned from that soon.
I’m happy to say I’ve been attending classes to become a Certified Biblical Counselor. Biblical counselors help people solve their problems God’s way. We know what that is because the Bible tells us. The classroom portion is complete. Next comes the practical training.
I thought, hoped, that all I needed to do was publish my book on Amazon and that God would take care of the rest. Nope. I learned that Christian writers and publishers say I have to market it, too. Go figure. So I’ve been gathering information on book marketing. I have an outline of a plan ready and a lot of work to do.
Before I dove into executing the marketing plan, I wanted to get this site in better shape. My goal is for seekers, skeptics, and nonbelievers to come here for basic, introductory information about God, Jesus, and salvation. Pulling it together has been good for me. I’ve been able to move from general ideas to specifics. Take a look at the Explanations tab and let me know what you think. I posted twelve new explanations and updated the Holy Bible and Prayer pages, too.
