What Does the Bible Say?: Q&A about God for Skeptics and Nonbelievers

This is my first book. I was inspired to put it together by Matthew 28:18-20.

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (ESV)

I can’t really say I wrote it, as it’s mostly scripture; I assembled it. It contains 154 questions that someone may ask. They are arranged in alphabetical order so that you can jump right to the ones that interest you. Each question is followed by a short answer (in most cases) from me, and then the real answer, from the Bible.

These are some of the questions:

  • Aren’t there far too many people for God to pay attention to me?
  • Can I get to heaven if I do more things than bad?
  • Can I wait to accept Jesus until later?
  • Do Christian men respect women?
  • Do I have to be a goody-two-shoes to be a Christian?
  • What does Jesus want?
  • What does it mean to follow Jesus?

If you have questions about God and becoming a Christian, or know someone who does, this book will be a valuable resource.
